Jenny Griffo

Jenny brings a rare blend of entrepreneurial savvy and deep technical know-how to Leeward. As co-founder of the award-winning Griffo Distillery, she has launched hundreds of SKUs across the beverage industry, built a thriving co-packing business, and led everything from production optimization to large-scale brand rollouts.

She knows firsthand what it takes to scale both a beverage brand and a production facility—from the spark of an idea to bottles flying off the shelf—and now partners with clients to make that journey smooth, profitable, and fun.

Jenny has successfully built out seven-figure co-packing sales pipelines and now helps distilleries do the same. She supports clients through every phase—from developing and managing a sales pipeline, to prepping for production, to ensuring smooth onboarding and fulfillment. With a deep understanding of how to align operations with revenue goals, she’s passionate about helping producers streamline sales and increase profitability.

Solving problems, organizing chaos, and making things work is what she does best.

With deep roots in brewery and beverage operations, Rachaal is a master at turning chaos into clean systems and inefficiency into bottom-line wins. She’s led production and operations for fast-scaling beverage brands, built bulletproof SOPs, and coached teams through high-stakes transitions with clarity and confidence.

As the founder of Steele Craft Consulting, she earned a reputation for delivering results—fast. She’s also managed international logistics for global brands, giving her a rare ability to zoom in on the details while keeping the big picture in sharp focus.

At Leeward, Rachaal specializes in building scalable systems that simplify operations, enhance profitability, and support long-term brand growth.

Our procurement relationships extend into China and the EU, ensuring high-quality sourcing and cost-effective solutions. While we’re a remote-first company, our team is experienced in international operations and available for on-site support wherever needed. Our managing partners are authorized to work in the US, Canada, and Mexico, providing seamless in-market support across North America.
